Beautiful seaside village - Kingsburg, Nova Scotia

This house is in the heart of Kingsburg, Nova Scotia, one of the most beautiful villages in our fair province.

The house is over 200 years old. It stands as a testament to the fine craftsmanship of yesterday's and today's builders. In the past decade, it has been upgraded with new wiring, windows, roof, flooring, septic and new furnace. However the original integrity of the dwelling remains strong. There are four bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two full bathrooms and one guest bathroom.

The house is across the street from beautiful Kingsburg Pond and the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from many of its rooms. Roses, Lavender, Poppies, Lupin and Daisies grow in abundance on the property.

Kingsburg is a charming village, home to a mixture of well-kept traditional houses, more contemporary homes, beautiful sandy beaches, the large Kingsburg Pond and designated hiking trails along the spectacular rugged coastline.

It is a 20-minute drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Town Lunenburg. Kingsburg is a pleasant half-hour drive, much of it along the LaHave River, to Bridgewater. The province's capital, Halifax, is a 90 minute drive and Halifax International Airport is about the same.
